Refund policy

At Adorinse, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on most office supplies from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Consumable office supplies (such as paper, adhesives, ink cartridges) are only returnable if unopened and sealed. Opened or used consumables cannot be returned.

  • In cases of returns due to reasons other than product quality, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@adorinse.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.

  • Returns without prior approval or without following our instructions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to product quality issues (damaged, defective, or wrong item received), Adorinse will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • For returns due to customer preference or other personal reasons, you will receive a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • No restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find your item damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at adorinse@adorinse.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • For damaged items, provide photographic or video proof within 3 days of delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumables (ink cartridges, toner, adhesives, paper, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized office products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • All returns are subject to validation and approval atadorinse’ discretion.

Exchanges

  • Not accepted. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at contact@adorinse.com.
