Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to bidet toilet seats and other products purchased directly from Adorinse at adorinse.com. Adorinse is operated by Assure AI LTD.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible for a non-defective return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, clean, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts.

For hygiene reasons, a bidet seat that has been installed, connected to water, or used cannot be returned for a change of mind. This hygiene restriction does not limit remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Start a Return

  1. Email contact@adorinse.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return. Include photos or video for damage, defects, or an incorrect item.
  3. Wait for return authorization and return instructions before shipping the item. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Adorinse will provide a prepaid return label or another no-cost resolution after the claim is approved.
  • Change of mind, fit, model, or other non-defect reason: return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we provide a prepaid label, its actual cost will be deducted from the refund and disclosed before the return is accepted.
  • Original outbound shipping: non-refundable for non-defect returns.
  • Restocking fee: none.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@adorinse.com with your order number and supporting photos or video. We will review the claim and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used bidet seats returned for a non-defect reason
  • Items missing original components or damaged after delivery through misuse or improper installation
  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly marked final sale before purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. After an authorized return, place a new order for the preferred model or size.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
