Our T-valve measures 7/8" × 7/8", matching the standard U.S. toilet fill valve. If it isn’t fitting, please check the following:
- Incorrect installation point — The T-valve installs between your existing supply line and the toilet tank, not directly onto the wall shutoff valve (which is typically 3/8").
- Non-standard supply line — If your current supply line doesn’t have a 7/8" tank-side connection, you’ll need a standard 3/8" compression × 7/8" ballcock supply line.
- Skirted or concealed toilet — Space may be too tight; an extension hose can help.
