Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to 53 of the 62 U.S. states and territories, covering all the contiguous United States except the following locations where we do NOT ship:

  • Free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $99.00 USD or more (before taxes and fees).
  • For orders under $99.00 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies.

Refund Policy

At Adorinse, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on most products from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Consumable items are only returnable if unopened and sealed. Opened or used consumables cannot be returned.
  • In cases of returns due to reasons other than product quality, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@adorinse.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.
  • Returns without prior approval or without following our instructions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to product quality issues (damaged, defective, or wrong item received), Adorinse will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • For returns due to customer preference or other personal reasons, you will receive a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • No restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find your item damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@adorinse.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  • For damaged items, provide photographic or video proof within 3 days of delivery.
