Ships from Our U.S. Warehouse

All Adorinse products are stocked in and shipped directly from our warehouse in New Jersey, United States. Orders do not ship from overseas, so there are no international transit or customs delays. Once your order is processed, delivery within the contiguous United States takes 5-8 business days by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and the additional U.S. destinations available at checkout. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces addresses. Availability at checkout controls if a destination is serviceable.

Shipping Cost

• Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99 USD or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders below $99 USD: $5.99 USD flat-rate standard shipping.

Applicable taxes and the final shipping charge are shown before payment at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Estimated transit time after processing is 5-8 business days. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and remote destinations can affect delivery dates; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another trackable carrier. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, changes may not be possible. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, delivery without receipt, or the package arrives damaged, contact contact@adorinse.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will help investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
